This book was published by my grandparents, Richard and Margaret Garrigues, in 1982. In presenting the online version, I have made every attempt to faithfully reproduce the original book, as published.
This is a work in progress -- the original manuscript is over 2000 pages in length. Additional pages will be added as time allows, and once it makes sense to do so, I will apply some basic navigation to the site.
I’ve chosen a publishing technology that is relatively recent to the web browsing world, and isn’t supported in all browsers. I’ve tested and found that it works fine when viewed using the following:
